What we offer.

  • A legal employment contract under Dutch labour law, at full CAO (collective bargaining agreement) rates — not a labour-agency arrangement
  • Pre-departure certification (VCA, NEN 3140, basic Dutch) arranged and funded against your deployment contract
  • Confirmed housing on arrival, with assistance for the first 3–6 months
  • Full IND visa processing handled by our immigration team
  • Practical integration support: bank account, BSN registration, health insurance, basic Dutch beyond A2

What we do not promise

  • We do not guarantee placement before qualification verification and certification completion
  • We do not offer immediate family reunification — the legal pathway exists, but timelines depend on income thresholds and IND processing
  • We do not promise permanent residency on arrival — it is a long-term pathway, typically five years on a continuous work permit
  • We do not place workers below their qualification level
