For employers

From scope to deployment in 12–16 weeks.

The pathway below covers a standard deployment of certified technical workers from India to a Dutch worksite. Timelines vary by role complexity, certification stack, and IND processing queues. Germany deployments follow a comparable structure with additional language and credential-recognition steps.

We do not promise faster. Skilled mobility involves regulated parallel workstreams; compressing them creates compliance risk that the client carries.

Honesty note

Realistic end-to-end time from signed contract to first worker on site is 12–16 weeks for standard electrical roles, longer for HV and specialised certifications. If a project requires faster onboarding, we will tell you upfront whether it is achievable.
