What we do.
01 — Source
We identify qualified candidates in India through structured search across LinkedIn, Naukri, and a network of trade institutions. Priority is given to Gulf-returnee professionals with proven cross-border work history. Screening covers qualification verification, English language baseline, prior project complexity, and role-specific competency.
02 — Certify
Every deployed worker completes a structured pre-departure certification programme covering safety (VCA), electrical work (NEN 3140; NEN 3840 for HV roles), and basic Dutch language (A2). Role-specific certifications such as F-gas for HVAC technicians are added as required. Certification continues on arrival with site-specific induction in Week 1.
03 — Deploy
We handle IND immigration filing, confirmed housing on arrival, registration with Dutch authorities, banking setup, and integration support. Workers are employed by Koromanda through our Waadi/Wtta-compliant EOR structure. Clients receive workforce capacity; we carry the employer obligations.
Why data-centre operators use Koromanda
Built for the operations director, not the recruiter.
01 — Tier III/IV operational mindset
Workers are screened on uptime-critical experience before client interview. Vendor familiarity (Schneider, Vertiv, Eaton) and MOP/SOP discipline are baseline, not aspiration.
02 — Security-vettable, NDA-flowed
Background-check standards aligned with operator policy (BS 7858 or equivalent supported). NDAs flow through to deployed staff via the Koromanda EOR contract — no second negotiation required.
03 — EU-deployable in 12 weeks
One Dutch EOR contract covers IND immigration, housing, and payroll. Operators receive shift-ready technicians without coordinating across five service providers.
04 — No wage arbitrage
CAO scale or above for every deployed worker. The deployment pathway is defensible under any audit — Pay Transparency Directive, customer audit, or internal compliance review.
Compliance as the product
Workforce mobility from India to Europe is heavily regulated. Wage parity (EU Pay Transparency Directive), labour leasing (Waadi/Wtta), immigration (IND Recognised Sponsor pathway), and energy efficiency reporting (EED) each impose specific obligations. Misalignment in any of them creates legal exposure for the client.
Koromanda's structural differentiation is compliance coverage across all four. We do not compete on wage arbitrage — Dutch CAO rates apply, and we say so plainly. We compete on a deployment pathway that is defensible under direct legal scrutiny.
